Primary Responsibilities include working in partnership with the Area Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and business objectives; providing consistent support to manage customer expectations and fostering positive customer relationships through the purchase experience throughout the building process; organizing and completing all necessary paperwork to ensure the accuracy and maintenance of customer files; maintaining the highest level of professionalism and quality within the sales centre and the presentation marketing materials; responding quickly to customer concerns and coordinating information or solutions to apparent challenges; and acquiring customer registrations and managing lead records within a database.
